Our custom shield images are heat pressed directly into the shield plastic during manufacturing, not painted or inked.So, the only way to remove the image is to destroy the plastic it is part of.
In Other Words, The Image Is As Permanent As The Shield Itself!

To create the custom shield of your dreams, we have to follow a short process to get it right.
How this works
- Use the product form above to choose your SCBA Type and Cord Color
- Using the provided text box, tell us how you want us to use your images to create the shield you want. Paint a picture with words… be specific.
- Upload one (or more) images for us to use in making your shield.
- These images MUST be at least 300 DPI in size
- Choose the quantity
- When you are finished, click “Add to Cart”
- If you are done, click “Proceed to Checkout”
During Checkout – Select “CUSTOM SHIELDS – Pay After Design is Approved by You”
We will provide a digital rendering of how your shield will look, free of charge. If you would like changes to this rendering, all we ask is that you pay for the shield first (to confirm you will be buying it before we spend a lot of time rendering).
The Rules
C&C Designs (BA Shields) reserves the right to deny images that it deems offensive, degrading, derogatory or just plain upsetting. C&C Designs (BA Shields) is also not allowed to reproduce images protected by Copyright and Trademark laws (this includes professional sporting teams, movie logos, business logos, etc.). Exceptions include written or verbal authorized permission to use the image. Proof may be required.
By placing a custom fire department logo on your Shield, it is assumed that you, the buyer, have permission to use the logo. C&C Designs (BA Shields) is not responsible for unauthorized use and/or false authorizations of images/logos.
Custom Orders And Images Cannot Be Returned.
Order multiple different shields at once? No problem!
Our ordering system is designed to accommodate multiple variations of shield(s).
Simply break your order down into common parts and place each ‘part’ in the cart one at a time.
Example: I am ordering shields for my engine crew (4 firefighters).

Jeff and Sue want silver cords and both have individual images.
Harry wants a neon green cord and has three images.

Add to Cart.Jeff and Sue: Choose SCBA type and Silver Cord. Use the text box to tell us how to use the images and upload Jeff and Sue’s images. Add to Cart.
Harry: Choose SCBA Type and Neon Green Cord. Use the text box to tell us how to use the images and upload Harry’s images. Add to Cart.
Proceed to checkout. All shields will be made to order and packed as a single order (saving on shipping).
